In recent decades, entrepreneurship has become increasingly important for innovation and economic growth. However, few studies demonstrate the role of information communication technology systems (ICT) in promoting entrepreneurship, even fewer show that ICT is a crucial resource entrepreneurs. This study examines direct influence ICTs on entrepreneurial activity OECD countries context open dynamic.
